$21.00 - $25.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentives About GameDay Men's Health Gameday Men's Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our Mesa, AZ clinic. We are looking for an LVN who can combine strong clinical skills with exceptional customer service and leadership qualities. This role will work closely with the Clinic Director and Ownership team to help oversee daily clinic operations, patient experience, and overall clinic success. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong client relationships Assist the Owner and Clinic Director with day-to-day clinic operations Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with confidence and efficiency Administer injections including Testosterone, peptides, and vitamins Obtain and record patient vitals accurately in EMR Ensure lab results and patient documentation are properly maintained Support providers during patient visits and treatments Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate medical records Assist with patient scheduling and clinic flow Help create a welcoming, professional, and high-energy clinic environment Contribute to clinic growth, patient retention, and overall patient satisfaction What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has outstanding customer service and communication skills Is confident in phlebotomy and injections Takes initiative and thrives in leadership/support roles Enjoys building relationships with patients Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Wants to grow long-term with a rapidly expanding company Experience in the following is preferred: Men's health Hormone replacement therapy (TRT) Medical spas Primary care Endocrinology Urology Wellness or concierge medicine Qualifications Active LVN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Strong phlebotomy skills (Required) Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred EMR experience preferred Schedule Full-Time Position Monday through Friday Benefits Monthly performance bonus incentives Opportunities for advancement Paid training Continuing education opportunities Professional development assistance Employee discounts Flexible and supportive team environment Application Questions On a scale of 1-10, how confident are you with phlebotomy?
