Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Local job in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the Registered Nurse or physician. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within EMR systems. Support Registered Nurses and healthcare teams in implementing care plans. Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures. Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and follow-up care. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies within scope of practice. Required Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse License. BLS Certification. Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Knowledge of basic nursing practices and patient care techniques. Ability to follow care plans and work under supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings. Proficiency with EMR systems. Strong patient care and documentation skills.
