Job Description

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team at a long-term care facility in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.
Details:
10pm-7am full-time - Thursday/Friday off
Qualifications:
LPN with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures. Nursing Home experience is a plus! Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting. Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing residents' health status and developing care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Performing wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions. Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educating residents and families on health conditions and care plans. Responding to medical emergencies and implementing interventions. Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
