Skills & Qualifications An unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where care is provided Minimum of (1) year nursing experience Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skills In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull Must be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
