Job Description

Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona! This position ensures a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while overseeing and assigning duties to subordinate staff.
Details:
6am-6:30pm full-time needed rotating schedule
Qualifications:
at least 6 months of LPN experience required but 1 year is preferred Ability to supervise and train subordinate staff in a healthcare setting. Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus. Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Key Responsibilities:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring vital signs and assessing residents' conditions. Providing wound care and dressing changes. Assisting with IV therapy and catheter care (if permitted by state regulations). Documenting residents' health status and reporting changes to RNs or physicians. Supervising CNAs and other support staff. Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Educating residents and families on care plans and health conditions. Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
