Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LVN Field Nurses to join our Healthcare Team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings outside of a traditional clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions in the field.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide emergency care and support in critical situations.
• Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including sonography when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Skills Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
• Proficiency in emergency medicine and airway management.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation.
• Experience in pain management techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures relevant to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong understanding of infectious disease care protocols.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Competence in medication administration practices.
