Thursday to monday 2:00 pm -10:30 pm 27 weeks contract Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care by performing physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and health assessments. Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with complex procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, wound suturing, and tube feeding. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct triage assessments for incoming patients to determine urgency and appropriate care pathways in urgent care or emergency room settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with diverse needs including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or post-acute recovery. Support infection control practices and maintain sterile techniques during procedures such as phlebotomy and specimen collection. #1001
