Licensed Vocational Nurse Per Diem for Transfer Center Operation

We are looking for License Vocational Nurses for Transfer Center Operations . LVN should have Emergency Department experience. The position is responsible for supporting daily Transfer Center operations. Responsibilities for

License Vocational Transfer Center Operation Nurse :

Duties includes but are limited to assisting with the coordination of patients transfer to and from the hospital Collecting, reviewing and documenting clinical information related to transfer requests Communicating with referring facilities, internal departments and providers Entering and maintaining accurate transfer documentation in designated tracking systems and electronic medical record

License Vocational Nurse Must Have:

LVN diploma from an accredited nursing program with Valid nursing license Must have BLS (AHA) At least 2 year paid experience All health records up to date (MMR/ VZV, Physical, TB, ) Be able to pass drug screen and background License Vocational Nurse details: 1 LVN needed 7am-7:30pm 1 LVN needed for 7pm-7:30am Weekly pay and pay per shift $616 per day! 401 K and Health Insurance Equal Opportunity 365 Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
