Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a
  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • to work at a facility in
  • El Centro, CA.
  • These are _registry_ positions with our company.
  • Pay Rate:
  • $55 / hour
  • W2 Home Hospice Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days Coverage area: Imperial County May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address Driver s License and Auto Insurance required Hospice experience required Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train. Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator 2 weeks cancellation If interested, please apply through this job post.
