School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This contract opportunity offers full-time hours during the school year (30 hours per week) in an itinerant role, working closely with medically fragile students on a 1:1 basis. You'll rotate between campuses and students, collaborating with staff, students, and families to ensure exceptional care and safety.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid LPN/LVN licensure for California required Previous school nursing experience, especially with medically fragile or special needs students, is highly valued Strong clinical skills: experience with gastronomy care, bladder cauterization, diabetes/insulin management (including CGM & carb counting), administration of medication (Epipen, Benadryl, etc.) Confident in training staff and supporting classroom teams in medical procedures Familiarity working with students aged 4-22, including those with ASD and developmental delays Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to urgent health needs Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, though not required

Primary Responsibilities:
