What You'll Do:

As an LVN at Wolf Creek Care Center, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the best care possible while supporting the daily operations of the nursing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct nursing care and assisting with treatments and medications Supervising and supporting CNAs to maintain quality resident care Monitoring residents' health status and communicating changes promptly Ensuring proper documentation, charting, and adherence to care plans Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment 🌼
