Our adjoining outpatient clinics provide and support our clients with the highest levels of service. About You We are seeking someone who can provide leadership and targeted medication education and rehabilitation services to individuals with mental illness and their families.
You will need:
Full Vaccination against

  • CA required. Licensed Psychiatric Technician
  • Preferred Licensed vocational nurse
  • Required. Two + years working in a mental health setting
  • Required. Two + years in handling medication in a residential setting. We compensate you for your accomplishments and talents! Other qualifications, certifications, and degrees including AA, and BA earn you more $$ so let us know!

Your Responsibilities Your role as an LVN/LPT is to serve clients with unique medical concerns such as diabetes, respiratory conditions, or special population requirements such as the elderly or people receiving injectable medications. Provides direct care services within the scope of practice and completes required documentation as assigned. Executes patient care responsibilities consistently in the absence of a physician, performs staff duties whenever and wherever required, and promptly responds to on-call emergencies. Meets and consults with the Medication Services Director regarding the client's progress and service/coordination plan. Provides assessment and intervention in response to client crisis, including necessary Follow-up, using appropriate consultation. In addition, it provides appropriate consultation and backup to support other staff in responding to client crises. Participates in care management of the team and assists the psychiatrist in helping meet client needs and improve client functioning. Completes clinical records and other required documentation following agency, Payer, and regulatory requirements, utilizing paper or computer technology as required. Advise and consult with the clinical team on patient care, prepare and submit reports as required, and maintain related statistics as directed. Maintains current knowledge in nursing through attendance at various events, related publications or articles, and membership in professional organizations. Participates in staff program and facility training as assigned. Performs emergency first aid and CPR in emergencies as needed. Participates in emergency drills and follows emergency procedures. Mandated abuse reporter. Performs other related duties as assigned. Have ideas or skills that would help our clients? Let us know!
