Location:
Huntington Park, CA Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide private duty nursing services in the home setting. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to provide individualized, patient-focused care.
Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing nursing assessments Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient status and report changes in condition Assist with activities of daily living as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with family members, physicians, and clinical staff Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
Requirements:
Active California LVN license Current CPR/BLS certification Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Why Join Our Team? $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
