Full-Time LVN (FLOAT Shift) Lincoln Meadows Care Center - 1550 Third St, Lincoln, CA 95648 Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time FLOAT Shift . What You'll Do As an LVN at Lincoln Meadows, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans Administering medications and treatments as ordered Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes promptly Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff What We're Looking For Current, active, and unencumbered CA LVN license CPR certification (required) Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-centered approach Experience in long-term care preferred (PCC experience a plus) Passion for delivering quality care and growing professionally Availability to cover Float shift (AM, PM and NOC) What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $37/hr DOE Swing shift availability Supportive and collaborative work environment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement options Room for professional growth and advancement Join a team that truly values its nurses and the residents they serve.
