Here's an opening for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to support medically fragile students in a school setting near Oakland, CA. This unique role focuses on providing 1:1 care during part-time, Extended School Year (ESY) hours (18.5-22.5 per week). As an itinerant nurse, you'll rotate between campuses and work closely with a dedicated group of students ranging from ages 4-22.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid LVN/LPN license Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or similar setting strongly preferred Proficient with seizure care, creating and reviewing individualized health plans, diabetes management (including insulin, CGM, carb counting, management of hypo & hyperglycemia), gastronomy, bladder catheterization, and emergency medication administration Ability to work 1:1 with students who have ASD or developmental delays Skilled in communicating with staff, parents, and students; staff training experience a plus Bilingual Spanish highly desired, but not required Adaptable for a mobile, multi-campus environment

Your Responsibilities:
