Full Job Description Position Overview:
BiBi Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Oceanside. The LPN will play a key role in supporting patient care across outpatient mental health and wellness services, including TMS therapy, medication management, Spravato treatments, and other evidence-based interventions. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. Assist in administering treatments, including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) sessions , Spravato therapy monitoring, and medication management support. Accurately document patient progress, treatment responses, and care notes in the electronic health record (EHR). Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments, ensuring safety, comfort, and appropriate follow-up care. Perform routine clinical tasks such as obtaining vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting providers during procedures. Educate patients and families on treatment processes, aftercare instructions, and health management strategies. Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety standards . Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health and outpatient care.
Qualifications:
Current and valid California LPN license (required). Previous experience in an outpatient, mental health, or neuromodulation setting preferred, but not required. Strong communication and patient engagement skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Why Join BiBi Health?
