LVN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct camper care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess campers conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, and physical examinations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of {California}
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as CampMinder
• Ability to provide basic life support in emergency situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
