The ideal candidate will possess an active CA license with at least 1 years of recent psych/behavioral health experience.

Opportunity:

KPG is bidding to be selected by the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) for government travel/master-booking contracts. If awarded, the candidates we submit now will be the first group eligible to move forward in the application process. We are seeking experienced LVNs for high-acuity forensic psychiatric state hospital settings in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses comfortable working with psychiatric populations, including high-risk patients.

Specialties Needed:

Minimum Requirements:

Active California LVN license Minimum 12 months of psych/behavioral experience within the last 3 years BLS (AHA) preferred Candidate Fit /

Responsibilities:

Candidates should be comfortable with: Providing care to behavioral health/psychiatric populations Managing high-risk patients, including use of restraints and seclusion Responding to crisis situations Maintaining strict documentation and care planning standards Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
