LVN/LPN - Residential Treatment Center

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for LVN/LPN at Sierra Ridge in San Andreas, California ✨ Nestled in the Sierra foothills of California, Yosemite and Mt. Lassen Treatment Centers located on the Sierra Ridge Campus are licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs that offer individual, group, and family therapy, as well as evidence-based skill and rehabilitation groups. Sierra Ridge embraces a strengths-based approach within a least restrictive program model and normalized high school environment. Here youth become part of a cohesive, supportive, dynamic community of peers and highly qualified staff. Through Rite of Passage's Integrated Care Model, Sierra Ridge provides a trauma-responsive program that is individualized for each youth.

Pay :

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour.

ROP-benefits-perks-2025-ATCS.pdf (https://riteofpassage.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/ROP-benefits-perks-2025-ATCS.pdf) What you will do: As the LVN/LPN , you will arrange and coordinate appropriate health services, including urgent, emergent, and preventative health services, for children in care ~ Maintain complete, confidential medical records for children ~ Ensure appropriate communication of health needs to case managers and clinicians ~ Maintain daily logs, complete Medical Incident Reports and communicate in a timely manner.

To be considered you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect ~ Have a desire to work with troubled teens ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Licensed Vocational Nurse or Vocational Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) or higher health-related qualification ~ Current state Emergency Medical Technician Certification ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule:
