Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized nursing care to a medically fragile student in a one-on-one setting Administer and manage vent and trach care safely and competently Perform G-tube feeding and related care routines Assist with toileting and diapering as required Support the student during bus rides to and from school Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and student safety

Qualifications and Experience:

Current, valid California LVN license and certification Demonstrated experience working with patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care Comfort and confidence in providing 1:1 nursing care in a school environment Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate approach tailored to the needs of medically fragile children
