Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

South San Francisco and San Francisco Job Type:
Per Diem & Full-Time Responsibilities:
Provide patient care according to the Plan of Care and under the direct supervision of the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
A current unrestricted California LVN license Must possess reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and proof of auto insurance Traveling within reasonable distances is required Must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills Ability and willingness to work with patients of various ages and needs Ability/skill to utilize online work applications
Special Skills:
Wound care and IV therapy experience are a plus Cantonese and Russian speaking LVNs are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements:
Full-time:
Must maintain 25 - 30 visits a week once fully trained
Per Diem:
Full-time opportunities will become available only upon reaching 23 - 25 visits per week
