The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our Adult Day Care Center Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Assist in procedures such as gastric lavage and specimen collection processing. Provide care for patients with developmental disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, including Cerner systems. Support patients and their families by providing education on health management and community resources. Participate in the care of patients in a Level I Trauma Center environment, assisting during emergencies as needed. Maintain basic life support certification and respond effectively in critical situations. Requirements Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Familiarity with coding practices for accurate documentation is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients, including those with developmental disabilities. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
