Schedule :

Evening (8x5) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA regulations and safety protocols Perform IV insertions, catheterizations, phlebotomy, and sterile procedures such as suturing and spinal taps Manage airway care including ventilator support and oxygen therapy Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, traumatic injuries (Level I & II Trauma Centers), infectious diseases, and post-acute conditions Assist with diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging or laboratory specimen collection/processing Document all patient interactions thoroughly in EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner Educate patients and families on health coaching, discharge instructions, medication management, and chronic disease management including pain control and nutrition Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in acute care settings such as ICU or emergency rooms as well as outpatient clinics Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed to maintain a sterile environment Support patients across the lifespan from neonatal to geriatric populations in diverse settings including home & community care '' #1001
