Day shift 28 weeks contract Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations, to determine care needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols and safety standards. Monitor patients' conditions closely, recognizing signs of acute pain, infection, or deterioration, and respond promptly with appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with specialized procedures including catheterization, tube feeding, venipuncture, suture removal, and sterile processing techniques. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across settings such as ICU, emergency room, medical-surgical units, or long-term care facilities. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice support, or chronic disease management. #1001
