• NOC Shift (Full-Time) Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute
• Sunnyvale, CA $38
• 45 per hour | Full-Time | Benefits Included Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our NOC (overnight) shift.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated clinical team in a supportive post-acute care environment.

Schedule:

NOC Shift 4 days on / 2 days off rotation Full-time hours

Pay & Benefits:

$38

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and report changes Accurately document care and services provided Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
