Job Title:

Pay Rate :
$55-$63/hr. on W2 Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiology evaluations. Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques. Manage IV infusions, catheterizations, tube feedings, ventilator care, and other complex procedures. Document all patient interactions and treatments meticulously within EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, or behavioral health needs. Assist with diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing, sonography, and medical imaging procedures. Support discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care coordination for diverse patient populations including neonatal to geriatric patients. Participate in infection control protocols and maintain sterile processing standards to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings such as ICU, emergency room, trauma centers (Level I & II), outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments. Educate patients and families on health coaching, nutrition, medication management, and disease prevention strategies. #1001
