SET SCHEDULE

LVN Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Accurately document care and communicate changes in resident condition Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations ✅

Qualifications:

Active California LVN license Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 📍
