We are looking for an energetic nurse with supervisory skills, with at least 2 years of Assisted Living experience who excels in communication, team building, resident and family relations, assessment skills, handling emergencies. A proven track record with successful resident outcomes is a must. We are looking for team players who can assist seniors with comfort, care and compassion, displaying complete professionalism and class. Duties include but not limited to: Communicating with Physician offices, discharge planners, residents and family members. Ordering lab and portable X-rays as ordered by physicians. Overseeing new Physician orders, entering on MAR's and ordering from pharmacy. Monthly MAR recaps. Updating MD reports on a regular basis for residents on medication management. Ordering incontinent supplies. Updating caregiver assignments. Administering first aid to residents as needed. All candidates must possess an LVN or RN nursing license, pass the DOJ background check, possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbally, and have ability to work weekends and holidays.
