HIRING FOR FULLTIME NOC
(7PM-7AM) What You'll Do Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance. Support infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition, escalating concerns when necessary. What You'll Bring Current and valid California LVN license in good standing. CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate bedside manner. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
