Job Description
"Caring Homes for Meaningful Lives" We are a non-traditional nursing home serving the geriatric population with 24 hour skilled care. Our campus is made up of 4 houses with 10 private rooms & bathrooms. We offer a home-like environment that include family style dining, large open kitchen, rehabilitation therapies, daily activities that caters to the elders routines and personal preferences. Duties include but not limited to medication administration, wound treatment, electronic medical record keeping, communication with families and medical providers, etc. We are seeking full time and part time LPN to join our team.
