Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing various patient needs. Available Hours- 7 days per week from 8:00am - 12:00pm This is a perfect, low stress position for nurses to earn extra pay on their days off, or retired nurses. Pay You will be paid $40 per visit and reimbursed mileage in between visits. This is a 1099 position. You will work in the Denver, Aurora, Parker area. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Deliver specialized care for patients with conditions such as dementia and geriatrics. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulations. Requirements Current LPN license in Colorado Experience in home health nursing is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and toddler care techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
