LPN - Home Health (Part-Time or PRN) Colorado Springs Looking for flexibility, independence, and meaningful one-on-one patient care? WSi is seeking experienced Home Health LPNs to join our growing team in the Colorado Springs area. This opportunity is perfect for nurses who enjoy working independently, providing high-quality patient care in the home setting, and making a lasting impact on patients' lives. $35 per Visit What you'll do: Provide skilled nursing care and treatments as ordered by the physician Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN case manager and physician Administer medications and perform wound care and other nursing procedures Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and disease management Accurately document patient care and progress Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals
