401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Job Description Our Internal medicine and Family practice needs a profession Nurse Practitioner to help cope with our expanding roster of patients. We have one Physician currently practicing at the clinic as well as one Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for taking over many of our new patients as well as some of our existing patients. We're looking for a professional who is passionate about patient care. We focus on encouraging our patients to pursue preventive care, such as wellness check-ups, as well as informing us immediately of changes in symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our nurses and providers and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient. Candidate must graduate from an accredited program. Have current Colorado license and have at least 3 years of experience in related field. Duties include but not limited to wellness exams in both Pediatric and adult physical, well women exams, immunizations, chronic disease management and other duties as required.
