Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Schedules:
Full-Time (Overnight, 12-Hour Shifts) Week 1: Sunday
  • Tuesday Week 2: Monday
  • Wednesday Hours:
    6:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM Part-Time (Overnight)
Every Other Weekend:
Saturday & Sunday Hours:
6:00 PM

AM Compensation:

Responsibilities As an Overnight LPN, you will play a critical role in patient safety, stabilization, and continuity of care by: Monitoring patients to ensure safety and adherence to program protocols Conducting ongoing patient assessments and communicating changes in condition Ordering and coordinating toxicology screens, labs, and pharmacy needs Reviewing lab results and communicating findings to Providers Taking and documenting vital signs Administering medications safely and accurately Responding to medical emergencies and obtaining physician orders Completing admission screenings for appropriateness of care Overseeing patient monitoring stations and delegating as appropriate Managing on-site narcotics and ensuring compliance Leading patient community meetings as needed Participating in Performance Improvement initiatives Acting as supervisor-on-duty during overnight hours when leadership is off-site Supporting and guiding other nursing staff as needed Collaborating closely with clinical, operations, and external partners Qualifications Associate Degree (AA) or higher in Nursing Active LPN license in the state of employment 2+ years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred Substance use or detox experience strongly preferred CPR certification required ACLS preferred First Aid certification required Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed Passion for behavioral health and addiction recovery Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use Authorization to work in the United States Why Nurses Choose Us Your clinical judgment is trusted and respected You're part of a tight-knit overnight nursing team Your work has visible impact Leadership listens Growth opportunities as we expand nationally We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and believe diversity strengthens our teams and our care.
