Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift Long-Term Care assignment. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report any changes Assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments Maintain accurate documentation and charting Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards Support residents with daily care needs while maintaining dignity
Required Qualifications:
Active Colorado LPN License Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work night shifts and adapt to scheduling needs
Preferred Qualifications:
