Job Description

Job Summary Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a senior living environment. Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, coordinate care activities, document patient information, communicate with physicians and family members regarding changes in condition, and support individualized care plans. Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident health and response to care. Coordinate and oversee resident-related care activities. Maintain accurate documentation and medical records. Communicate significant health changes to physicians, managers, and family members. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment according to policies and procedures. Support and monitor nursing personnel during assigned shifts. Promote a respectful and compassionate environment for residents and families. Perform additional nursing duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements / Skills Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior geriatric or senior care experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize patient care. Dependable, self-motivated, and patient-focused.
