Job Description

LPN/RN Larchwood Health and Rehabilitation Larchwood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking caring, dedicated, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents, we invite you to become part of our team. As an LPN, you will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with assessments and care planning Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the State of Colorado Current CPR certification preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
