NOC Shift | Tuesday and Sunday Day Shift | Saturday Lakewood is hiring LPNs for Part-Time and PRN openings on both day and overnight shifts. We are looking for nurses who are dependable, attentive, and comfortable managing resident care in a fast-paced environment. These roles are heavily involved in direct resident care, medication administration, clinical communication, and supporting the overall flow of the building throughout the shift. Nurses in these positions play an important role in monitoring residents, responding to changes in condition, supporting CNAs, and helping ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. What You'll Do Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team Complete accurate charting and documentation Respond to resident needs and support overall clinical operations throughout the shift Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning as needed Help maintain a safe, organized, and clinically strong environment for residents Qualifications Active Colorado LPN license required Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Why Join Our Team?
