LPN block booking - Thursday, Friday, Sunday Schedule - 12 hour days or nights - $33 an hour

LPN/RN - Retirement Community | Lakewood, CO We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a retirement community in Lakewood, Colorado. This is a block-booking assignment covering the entire month of July, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in an assisted living and/or skilled nursing environment. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor resident health status and document care provided. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

Active Colorado LPN or RN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
