Your Role:

Provide Direct Nursing Care to Residents in Accordance with Care Plans and Physician Orders Administer Medications and Treatments Safely and Accurately Monitor and Assess Resident Conditions and Report Changes to the RN or Physician Supervise and Support CNAs to Ensure Quality Care Delivery Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Care and Services Provided Respond to Resident Needs and Call Lights with Compassion and Urgency Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members toEnsure Holistic Care Qualifications:
Current LPN License in Good Standing Knowledge of Nursing Practices, Procedures, and Regulations Strong Clinical and Assessment Skills Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently Can-Do Attitude with a Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care A Genuine Love for Seniors How toApply:
