Requirements:

Assigns, directs, and supervises resident care. Addresses resident needs and concerns as it occurs and enters a nurse's note in their chart. Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Reports changes occurring with residents or personnel to the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Coordinator. Keeps physician and families informed about residents' status as needed. Promote teamwork between staff members, shifts, and other departments. Completes required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. May work all shifts or Treatment Nurse as need arises. When an LPN and RN are concurrently working the same shift, the RN will assume the role of Charge Nurse and the LPN will report to the

$1,450.00 - $1,520.00 per week
