We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Health Services Specialist, an LPN who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will reside in Colorado. Assisted living clinical experience is required. Must have a valid Colorado LPN license in good standing. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. Strengthens clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supports newly assigned Health Services Director. Travels within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absence, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid Colorado nursing license in good standing Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license Able to effectively teach/train staff Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
