Job Description
Our team is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our dedicated staff. We currently have a patient in Windsor, Colorado, who requires daily care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations and is responsible for managing the medical and non-medical services provided by or arranged for by BrightStar Care. The LPN is responsible for working with other medical disciplines (PT, OT, PT, etc.) to ensure coordinated services and that all of the client's needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Correction and re-evaluation and supervisory process.
