Our Weekend Baylor Program offers the perfect balance: ✅ Work only 24 hours (weekends) ✅ Get paid for 32 hours ✅ Make a lasting impact in a supportive, team-focused environment What You'll Do As our Weekend Baylor LPN, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting and guiding your team.
Your impact will include:
Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery Providing hands-on nursing care based on individualized resident care plans Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with families and providers Completing accurate assessments, documentation, and shift reports Conducting rounds to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment Responding promptly to emergencies and resident needs Supporting admissions, discharges, and care plan development Modeling our Pomperaug Woods CARES values every day Why Pomperaug Woods? Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Connecticut CPR certification Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing (preferred) Prior supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work in a fast-paced environment Physical Expectations This role includes active, hands-on care: standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents as needed in a dynamic healthcare setting.
