As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Stamford Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's mission. With a strong focus on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients Conduct nursing assessments and contribute to care planning, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments as per physician orders Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care Operate within the scope of practice defined by the
State Nurse Practice Act Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Connecticut 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply!) Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills
