Schedules available per diem:

Monday - Friday 715a-4p (We also have other per diem opportunities, time varies between 6a-4p)

LPN Requirements:

Active Connecticut LPN license Valid CPR/BLS certification Minimum 1 year of LPN experience Diabetes management experience required and/or Seizures management experience required and/or Pediatric 1:1 nursing or homecare experience required
