RN Rate:

$35/hour weekdays, $36/hour weeknights $37/hour weekend days, $38/hour weekend nights

LPN Rate :

Key Responsibilities & Duties Dispenses and oversees medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing Supervises the Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift to shift basis Reviews Medication Administration Records Communicates daily or as needed with Physicians Assists Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion. Assesses and evaluates resident issues and medical concerns Documents incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information Close to:
