As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your skills and talents will be recognized and appreciated! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the expectations would be: Takes an active role in direct resident assessment, development of service plan, introductory and care. Administers medication and/or treatment to residents Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party. Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Delaware. CPR Certification Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
