Schedule & PayPRN Dayshift 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30aPay rate: $36.00/hourJob DescriptionProvides professional nursing care to residents through the proper administration of prescribed medications and treatmentsMonitors the medication and treatment cart, nurses' station, and medication room to ensure that expired medications are properly disposed of and narcotics are counted per policy and regulationsSupports the scheduler in the scheduling functionMakes daily round and audits, including shift report to ensure proper care, documentation, and order transcription to maintain high standards for this department. Assigns duties to PCAs and takes an active role in supervising, educating, and helping them develop.

QualificationsCurrent LPN licensure in the State of Delaware.

General working knowledge of the aging services industry.

Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
