• Assisted Living Facility Apopka Life Care Center is seeking a LPN for a PRN assignment from May 13th through May 21st , with the opportunity to transition into a long-term or permanent position .

Position Details:

PRN coverage: May 17

• May 25 Flexible shifts (day/evening options available) Opportunity for ongoing employment after PRN period

Responsibilities:

Perform resident assessments and monitor health status Coordinate care with physicians and care staff Oversee medication administration and documentation Respond to changes in resident condition Ensure compliance with AHCA and Florida regulations Support and supervise caregiving staff as needed

Requirements:

Active Florida LPN License Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Memory Care preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
